Governance Integrity Notice: For election modules, Eventflow employs a "Secret Ballot" protocol. While eligibility is verified, individual selections are cryptographically decoupled from personal profiles to ensure total anonymity.

1.0 Information We Collect

Identity

Name, professional title, and organization.

Contact

Email and phone number for OTP verification.

Payment

Transaction metadata via Paystack (No raw card data stored).

Technical

IP address and device ID to prevent unauthorized access.

2.0 Purpose of Data Usage

  • 2.1 Facilitating event registration and secure ticketing infrastructure.
  • 2.2 Verifying eligibility for organizational elections and governance tasks.
  • 2.3 Delivering critical event updates and security codes via OTP.

3.0 Security and Anonymity

Eventflow implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database protocols.

To maintain democratic integrity, participation logs (who voted) are stored in separate database architectures from ballot records (how they voted).

4.0 Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with event organizers for logistics, payment processors (Paystack) to complete transactions, and legal authorities as required by the laws of Ghana.
